Steam the eggnog until it is doubled in volume. Pour eggnog into a tempered Christmas glass or mug. Pour Espresso gently down the side of the glass into the steamed/frothed eggnog.
Optional: if using liqueurs, gently pour them into the finished beverage.
Scoop a dollop of whipped cream on top. dust with cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve immediately with small red and green straws across the top of the cream, and/or a cinnamon stick.
